HEART EXPANSIVE + INTUITIVE WRITINGS
I remember writing my first poem in elementary school and I still have notes and journals from my teenage days. Writing as a form of contextualizing and making meaning of life’s beautiful, surprising and sometimes difficult experiences shares a relationship with all that I create. For me, it’s both heart-expansive and intuitive, giving me the opportunity to put possibilities to paper and open portals in the hearts and minds of others.
